Barcaiolo

Mirko Barcaiolo is a Rome-based multidisciplinary artist, born in 2001, working across music, painting, sculpture, video, and writing. His artistic practice explores the intersection of image, sound, and storytelling, turning personal experiences and everyday details into introspective and emotionally charged narratives.

After releasing his first singles in 2025, Barcaiolo’s 2026 trilogy Dimentica, Più di te, and SCRATCHY DOLPHIN further develops this connection between music and visual storytelling. His live performances recreate the intimacy of his creative space, ranging from stripped-back acoustic sets to full-band shows, balancing tenderness and dissonance, comedy and tragedy, in a cathartic and ambiguous experience.
